Brewer's Notes: The best day of boat ownership is no longer the day you sell it. It’s taking these crispy pilsners out on the open water, clear lake or even murky pond. Not trying to make a boating companion for just the elite. Brewed hot-side just like we brew our Scoot Scoot Italian Pilsner. Then skipping all those noble hops we toss in as dry hop we hit this with Mosaic and a signature west coast hop blend in the brite tank. The bitterness and hop character is turned up a bit from Italian, and steers away from floral into citrus, stone fruit and piney notes. Side effects include an urge to blast yacht rock. Christopher Cross, Toto, or perhaps John Mayer? Backflip gainers off the wake deck into a chilly lake. Life raft not included.
