Brewer Description:
Just because the Freak Flag has found its sweet spot...doesn't mean we can't go hazier... For this brew we decided to not only ditch the playbook, but write up a new one. With a bit of wiggle room before fresh hop season, we really pushed our limits on grain bill, dry hopping, and water profile—and it paid off. Fluffy as all heck, eerily pale-yellow, and bursting with vibrant hop depth, this hazy IPA is aggressively hopped with Mosaic, Nugget, and Citra, bringing lemon, apricot, mango, peach, and a smidge of lurking dankness.
Actually- Our brewer just dry hopped it again as I write this- He's saying he tossed "Vic Secret oil for those passionfruit and pineapple vibes."
Call us envelope-pushers, but we wouldn't be where we are without our brewer's audacity.
