Welcome to the first day of taking care of yourself. Less guilt of calories and effects of Alcohol. Hopefully this new option is an enjoyable beverage for listening to what the body craves. This is the perfect beer to "reset" your beer-lovin' body if you're opting-in to Sober October.
Notes from Aaron: I've wanted to do this style for over a year. Sometimes sitting back and thinking about it this long helps. Sometimes it hurts and you just have to stop overthinking it and give it a go. Can it taste exactly like beer? Somewhat. This very process is just like brewing but we don't need a surplus of sugars for yeast to go after. The grain has to be processed for flavor and character and only fermented a fraction of the normal goal. You really have to restrain the bittering. You would be surprised how few IBU's this is - but it doesn't taste like it. Don't worry, there's plenty of hops in the cold side though!
