Name: Public Lands
Style: Pub Brew - Light English / Golden
ABV: Less than 0.5% ABV
Quantity: 4pack/16oz. cans
Brewer's Notes:
This year’s project mirrors the work of Washington Wild, which united 85 Washington breweries and industry partners to defend public lands. Wildlands and waterways give us clean water, thriving ecosystems, and the spaces that inspire so much of what we do. With threats from public land sales and the repeal of the Roadless Rule, these shared places are at real risk. Learn more about Washington Wild’s efforts at wawild.org
The full-strength collaboration was brewed in Seattle at Bizarre Brewing, and we brought that same energy into our NA wheelhouse. Brewed entirely with LINC Malt out of Spokane Valley—a first for us and likely the first in the NA space—we built the grain bill around Washington-grown English Pale, Genie Pilsner, Spelt, and White Wheat. The result is a uniquely earthy, cracker-forward depth you won’t find with mainstream commodity malts.
We also followed the Bizarre crew’s lead and added a touch of bigleaf maple syrup, a nod to the original recipe and a sweet tie back to the forests that inspired it.
This one’s a small-footprint, big-purpose brew—celebrating local farms, local maltsters, and the shared effort to keep Washington’s wild places protected.
WARNING: similar to many juices, kombucha, and other beverages you'll find in the grocery store, this product has not been pasteurized, and therefore may contain harmful bacteria that can cause serious illness in children, the elderly, and persons with weakened immune systems.
