Description: Hops were thrown everywhere in numerous forms and methods. The brewing day featured Blanc, a fruity, grape-like variety from Germany, as well as the popular and delicious Azacca used in a newer method called Dip Hopping. This is our first release to have used straight-up fruit bomb steam-distilled hop oil in the bright tank at an enormous rate before packaging. The stable and beautiful haze was harnessed from Washington grown barley, buckwheat, Munich malt, and the water chemistry of a soft juicy NA beverage.
