Description: This release in our Self Care line of Non-Alcoholic beers is brewed with authentic Czech Pilsen malt. It was then hopped with Saaz, which was dosed-in throughout the brewday. The hop character should be exciting in this style, and balance nicely with the bready body. It was then lagered to maturity before packaging. This release is a continuation of bringing some of Brewer Aaron’s favorite beer styles into the Non-Alcoholic market for you. We hope you enjoy it!

Brewers Notes: After being a part of the beer industry for a long time you eventually hit a crossroads where you want a shifty that you are excited to drink at the end of your day. I’ve been at a handful of breweries and it’s always been Pilsners. Sure I drink and love making everything else but the simplicity and elegance in Pilsner styles is some sort of romantic articulation of why you do this for a living. It transcends serving folks in a busy brewpub, being a cog in the machine on a packaging line, and especially being a brewer in a brewery. The fact is often they only hit your production schedule in about a 1/4th of your total batches brewed and they better be good if you have to wait months to serve it. It’s that timed delay to seeing the beer released that sparks the enthusiasm for just letting its experience whisk you away. I think of Europe making these styles and specifically sitting in Prague. I would only hope that an authentic drinker there would not feel this is out of place, but a special thing to have in the NA space. Enjoy this for absolutely any occasion it pairs with the special ones but also the daily moments you can wind down and unpack the day. Cheers!

Risk may be exacerbated by prolonged warm storage, so to mitigate risk, always cold-store Self Care immediately upon receipt, and avoid exposure to extreme heat.
