Description: This beer is a single hop tribute to Triumph hops, sourced from Crosby Hop Farms out of Oregon, and features delicately balanced bitterness and water profile that leans softly into “IPA" territory. It's intended to be a freak flag sidekick. Say no more right? Just how fluffy can we make this pale? Really fluffy - but still not shy on malt depth with an 11% addition of Maris Otter barley. And so we don’t lose you...Maris Otter gives this some serious insta/tapped street cred - hype-boi hazy IPA factories order this malt by the truckloads!

Void of more aggressive barley, this beer presents itself as a triumphantly pale yellow and hazy beer, with a light hop stickiness, and just a touch of pink bubble gum that reminds me of the hugely popular Gumballhead from Three Floyds. Triumph is so cool though it shines on the finish with cool mint and mandarin orange. It’s spring and this is the kind of crusher you need.
