Description from the Brewer: This beer has a wonderfully malty blend and our customers were asking for more of it! So, we decided it's time for round #2! To try to make a great beer from last year even better, we revisited the grain bill and hop choice. Primary changes this year were to use ESB malt as the foundation. Character and cheeky malt support by golden promise, biscuit and caramalt. This basically gets us to a smoother fresh baked bread profile. We needed to take a page from Bridget. We needed one of the top hops. Pilgrim hops were used for bittering. As well as Northdown; those actually may be our top hops really. The beer is perfect just as it is. Think of an orange marmalade jam flavor that would go bang-on with an English breakfast. Sans alcohol with unlimited sessionability. Our wonderful brewpub in Olympia is steeped in Futbol-following tradition, and now we've got the ultimate NA beer for a game--especially this World Cup season!"
