Description from the Brewer: This beer has a wonderfully malty blend and our customers keep asking for more of it! So, we decided it's time for round #3! To try to make a great beer from last year even better (and according to our head brewer, Aaron, he did), we kept the grain bill identical to last year's highly touted batch, but tweaked our water and refined the bittering a smidge. Primary changes this year with the hops included using modern Yakima-grown varietals that are crossed with those old classic English ones.  Where did we end up? Think of an orange marmalade jam flavor that would go bang-on with an English breakfast. Sans alcohol, with unlimited sessionability. We are excited that there has been a rise in this style in the current beer scene, as people are gravitating towards classics and forgotten styles. Cheers to a new, old classic!

Risk may be exacerbated by prolonged warm storage, so to mitigate risk, always cold-store Self Care immediately upon receipt, and avoid exposure to extreme heat.
