Fresh Kicks! Pale Ale
Name: Fresh Kicks!
Style: Fresh Hopped Pale Ale
ABV: Less than 0.5% ABV
Quantity: 4pack/16oz. cans
Brewer's Notes: We’ve gone and done it. You would swear it's a leaded beer. We assure you it's not. Taking an inspiration from last year's flavor profile of our Hazy IPA release, we decided to not only use Strata from Crosby Farms in Oregon, but level-up the quantity by 100 lbs. That extrapolates to an extra 66.66666667% hops, for all of the mathletes in the room.
Why? Because we make the rules. And we wanted this to be an awe-inspiring and shocking assault of how cool Strata can be. It’s got absolutely huge fruit flavors that drift into the best sort of hop greenness/dankness. Brewed with malt from Mainstem Malting out of Walla Walla, Washington (though it's Oregon grown barley), and just a dash of specialty malt in order to give it that classic pale ale flavor. It’s got a slightly hazy appearance but it’s not a hazy (bro). We also used a tiny, tiny dash of Yakima grown Ahtanum pellets to give it just a couple of bitterness points.
Collect it while you can! Its fresh and cool. It will sell out because it's legitimately awesome. But for the love that is fresh hops, don’t let this one sit in the fridge for too long! Rip into that can like a pair of fresh kicks while it's still got that standout aroma.
