Sleigh IPA: Fresh Hopped Winter IPA
Name: Sleigh IPA
Style: Fresh Hopped Winter IPA
ABV: Less than 0.5% ABV
Description from the Brewer:
Absolutely hammered with hops top to bottom. Sleigh leans hard into the piney, bitter IPAs of years past, with a strong malt backbone and enough body to carry a finish that sticks. This one’s not in line with our softer, clearer IPAs but leans back toward color and bold bitterness
Built on English pale malt with a touch of wheat and oats, and finished with a dry, mineral-heavy water profile. Classic American hops lay the groundwork, but it’s the obscene amount of Crosby Chinook that defines this beer. Bitter orange peel and resinous pine absolutely shine.
It’s as warming as a non-alcoholic IPA can be (if that makes sense), this brew is best paired with a fire, a heavy meal, and the kind of cold that sticks in your sleeves.
Call it a runaway sleigh ride downhill in the snow, just to see how much bitterness our fans can take. Drink fresh. Happy holidays.
WARNING: similar to many juices, kombucha, and other beverages you'll find in the grocery store, this product has not been pasteurized, and therefore may contain harmful bacteria that can cause serious illness in children, the elderly, and persons with weakened immune systems.
