Brewer's Notes:
Third time brewing this one, and that’s the whole point—lagers are about repetition. We kept the spirit of the last batches and made a handful of small tweaks based on what we learned along the way. It’s been one of our most well-received NA beers to date, and it still lands with that “no way this is non-alcoholic” moment.
Set the distortion pedals and cue the ambient intro. This doomy, gloomy, aggressive brew isn’t here to be a sweet, soft malt soda. It’s a Černé (Czech dark lager) at the core: full roasted, full toasty, bitter dark chocolate, and somehow still creamy.
Hop character stays classic and supportive, keeping the finish clean and the roast honest. More body and bitterness than our lighter lager offering, but not trying to bully your palate.
So fire up your rig, turn the volume up to 10 (not 11, because that’s cliché). This is Černé, and it’s coming for you like a 15-minute progressive experience that became rock and metal.
