Description:
This beer is a carnival of flavor - a tribute to Mexican style lagers, but taken up a notch with one of the most popular American hop varieties. Citra is more frequently used in IPAs and in pale ales, but it can also be in any style if you don’t over do it. So we figured less is more, and sourced as much Citra variety as we could, in order really hit the flavor profile from all angles and build complexity without overdoing the intensity of flavor.
