Fresh-ish Hop - A Little Chilly
Name: A Little Chilly
Style: Fresh-ish Hop Blonde
ABV: Less than 0.5% ABV
Description:
Fresh hop season might’ve come and gone, but this year gave us space to experiment. One of the most exciting outcomes was Nuvo—fresh hops frozen in time until you’re ready to brew.
And we’re not just talking about tossing cones in the freezer. Nuvo is a true innovation from Crosby Hops, using cryogenic technology and minimal processing to preserve 100% of those fresh hop oils and aromas that make the season so heavily anticipated. It’s amazing tech, and we’ve been itching to put it to work.
The beer itself is a delicate blonde with a soft haze and a crisp, cracker-like finish. It lands dry but not bitter, floral with a gentle sweetness, and the lacing leaves the glass looking like a snowy hillside.
It’s our first blonde, and we’re glad we finally dove in. This is the kind of balance and beauty we chase—elegant, simple, and quietly confident. A few key tweaks behind the scenes (outside the hopping) pushed our NA base further than ever, and honestly, this one feels the most like a true blonde of any NA beer we’ve had. We’re pretty chuffed with it.
WARNING: similar to many juices, kombucha, and other beverages you'll find in the grocery store, this product has not been pasteurized, and therefore may contain harmful bacteria that can cause serious illness in children, the elderly, and persons with weakened immune systems.
