Our Cryo-Case Mini 2025 features both of our Fresh Hopped NA’s from this season that used Crosby's new cryogenic fresh hop technology!

*Fresh hop season (as you know it) might’ve come and gone, but this year gave us space to experiment. One of the most exciting outcomes was Nuvo—Crosby Hops’ new cryogenic technology that uses minimal processing to maximally preserve those fresh hop oils and aromas that make the season so heavily anticipated, now anytime of the year!
This Cryo-Case Mini comes with a combination of four (4) 4-packs, as outlined below. All cans are 16oz., and you will receive a total of sixteen (16) 16oz cans.
Detailed Beer Descriptions:
• 2X CRYO FREAK FLAG - FRESH HOP* HAZY DOUBLE IPA
This one pulls from what we learned during fresh-hop season, plus some early tests with Nuvo cryo in A Little Chilly. Everything stacked up into this big, juicy, Hazy Double NA IPA.
We hit the whirlpool with Strata, Comet, and Idaho 7 in cryo form, with bittering from Crosby Triumph. The body came out huge and creamy, balancing the bitterness without softening it. Aromatics punch right through—I pick-up peach, apricot, and that clean menthol note Strata can throw…which can seem weird, but we’ve actually seen it come up before, and it’s one of our favorite parts for depth.
Dry hop in the cellar was all Strata, and in the brite tank, all Idaho 7. Layered, focused, and loud in the right ways.
Like a lot of what we’re doing lately, this double NA builds on batches we’ve liked and refines them with methods we’re digging now. The Nuvo cryo hop format is showing real promise—we’re especially loving it since it’s all the hop flavor without the extra bite from kilning or the excess green from high hop loads. Might be something we lean into more year-round...
• 2X A LITTLE CHILLY - FRESH HOP* BLONDE
Built around subtlety and balance, this NA Blonde is a study in restraint. We wanted something soft, lightly hazy, and delicate enough to let nuance do the work. It pours pale gold with a crisp, cracker-like finish, dry but not bitter, with gentle floral notes and a faint sweetness that rounds everything out.
A touch of haze catches the light while tight lacing paints the glass like a snowy hillside. It’s bright yet calm—an easy-drinking beer that feels clean and intentional from start to finish.
Our first blonde turned into something we’re genuinely proud of: elegant, simple, and quietly confident. Behind the scenes, a few targeted tweaks to our NA base made all the difference. It’s the closest we’ve come yet to a true-to-style blonde, and it’s exactly the kind of balance we’re chasing.
